反补贴措施的贸易效应——基于动态面板数据模型的实证分析

利用1991—2009年的统计数据,以1993—2007年间立案的188起国际反补贴案件为研究对象,运用GMM（广义距）方法对动态面板数据模型进行实证分析。结果表明,反补贴对被诉国具有一定的贸易限制效应;反补贴会导致涉案产品的进口从被诉国转移到非被诉国,这种贸易转移效应会部分削弱反补贴措施的保护效果。

The Impact of RMB Appreciation on Foreign Trade Enterprises in China and Their Strategies

Using a data set based on 6 digital tariff codes indentified in 188 global countervailing cases initiated from 1993 to 2007,covering the latest statistical data from 1991 to 2009,conducts an empirical analysis on dynamic panel data model by GMM.Empirical test shows that countervailing has significant trade destruction effects on named countries and diverts imports from named countries to non-named countries,which will partly weaken the protection function of countervailing.
