社会生产总过程视阈下的我国药品安全问题研究

药品不同于一般产品,药品安全问题涉及药品研发、生产、流通和使用等社会生产各个环节,并呈现出关联性高、隐蔽性强、专业性高等特殊性。文章具体分析了我国在药品研发、生产、流通和使用四个环节安全问题的表现,发现我国药品安全问题存在的主要原因是药品安全法律法规不完善、药品安全监管能力有待提升、企业药品安全质量管理体系不完善、技术落后制约药品质量提高、消费者缺乏用药安全性意识。对此,本文从完善药品安全法律法规、加强药品安全监管、进一步提高医药技术水平、发挥广大人民群众的监督作用等方面提出了解决措施。

Research on Drug Safety in China from the Perspective of the General Process of Social Production

Drugs are different from general products.Drug safety problems involve various social production links such as drug research and development,production,circulation and use,showing high relevance,strong concealment and specialty.This paper analyzes the performance of safety problems in the four links of drug research and development,production,distribution and use in our country.It is found that the main reason for the drug safety problem exists in China is incomplete drug safety laws and regulations,drug safety regulation ability is not strong,drug safety quality management system is imperfect,backward technology restricted drug quality,and consumers lack of medication safety awareness.Some measures are put forward to improve drug safety laws and regulations,strengthen drug safety supervision,further improve the level of medical technology,and give full play to the supervisory role of the general public.
