| 摘 要： | 食品安全日益成为当今世界人们所关注的焦点问题，而食品安全监管又是保障我国食品安全的关键所在。因为，健全的食品安全监管体制能够保证我国食品行业高速发展，保证我国食品进入国际市场，保证人民生活质量。所以，对我国食品安全监管体制的研究具有重大的现实意义。分析了我国食品监管体制的不足及其主要成因，并给出改革我国食品安全监管体制的建议措施。
