精英俘获对乡村创业的影响及其矫正研究

On the Influence of Elite Capture in Rural Entrepreneurship and Its Correction

Encouraging rural entrepreneurship is an important measure to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.Rural entre?preneurship belongs to grass-roots entrepreneurship and requires the support of rural public resources.However,the phenomenon of“elite capture”in the use of rural public resources seriously has affected the development of rural entrepreneurs’entrepreneur?ial opportunities and the growth of new ventures,thus affecting the multiple effects of rural entrepreneurship.Therefore,it is neces?sary to take the measures of the publicity of policy design,the systematicness of resource management and the transparency of pow?er distribution to eliminate the adverse effects of the“elite capture”of rural public resources on rural entrepreneurship.
