江西省新型城镇化与农业现代化协调发展的时空差异研究

江西大部位于长江中游城市群,属于中西部新型城镇化先行区,研究江西省新型城镇化与农业现代化的协调发展对中部乃至全国都有着重要意义。文章通过构建江西省新型城镇化与农业现代化评价指标体系,综合运用熵值法、耦合协调度模型、Arcgis自然断裂法等,对江西省11个地级市2014-2017年的新型城镇化与农业现代化发展协调度进行分析。结果表明:江西省各地级市的新型城镇化与农业现代化发展均已进入勉强协调阶段,基本消除失调发展地区、无优质协调发展地区;发展存在空间异质性,总体呈现出“赣北>赣中>赣南”的空间分布特点;江西省新型城镇化与农业现代化协调发展水平逐年提升但总体偏低,且大多数城市属于新型城镇化滞后于农业现代化的情况。

Research on the Coordinated Development of New Urbanization and Agricultural Modernization in Jiangxi Province

At present,China is vigorously promoting the development of urban and rural integration under the strategy of“Coordina?tion of the modernization in Five Fields(i.e.in industry,agriculture,national defense,science and technology as well as national gov?ernance system and governance capacity)”,and the coordinated development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization in the this strategy has entered the most critical period.Most area of Jiangxi is located in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and belongs to the new urbanization area of the central and western regions.The research on the coordinated development of new urban?ization and agricultural modernization in Jiangxi Province is of great significance to the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in the central area and even the whole country.By constructing the evaluation index system of new urbanization and agricultur?al modernization in Jiangxi Province,the entropy method,coupling coordination degree model and Arcgis natural fracture method were used to analyze the 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province from 2014 to 2017.The coordination degree between urban?ization and agricultural modernization development is analyzed.The results are as follows.First,by 2017,the new urbanization and agricultural modernization development of all provinces and cities in the province have entered a reluctant coordination stage,elimi?nating the areas of disordered and non-coordinating development.Second,the coordinating development of the region displays the spatial heterogeneity in development,showing the spatial distribution characteristics of“Yubei>Yuzhong>Weinan”.Third,the level of coordinated development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization in Jiangxi Province has been increasing annual?ly but the overall level is low,and most cities are staggering between new urbanization and agricultural modernization.
