| 摘 要： | 文章采用统计学方法对我国的反倾销实践进行了深入的定量分析,不仅对我国反倾销的使用力度、地区分布、行业分布等常规特征予以关注,而且从反倾销裁决结果构成和申诉产业市场结构等多角度研究了我国反倾销实务的特征.在此基础上,指出我国反倾销实践的不足,从而为我国反倾销措施的实施以及反倾销法律的完善提供了参考依据.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the characteristics of Chinese anti-dumping quantitatively by statistical methods.The paper focuses on not only using intensity,regional distribution and industry distribution of anti-dumping but also ruling structure and market structure of anti-dumping.Based on analysis above,the paper points out inadequacies of Chinese anti-dumping and provides recommendations for anti-dumping measures. |
