不同创新模式下创新主体的绩效研究

创新是国家竞争优势和企业持续发展的关键。我国企业自主创新能力薄弱已经成当前经济可持续发展的桎梏。为探讨创新模式对企业绩效的影响,本文比较分析了开放式创新和封闭式创新的特征以及差异性;在此基础上,基于博弈理论,构建企业、竞争企业、客户三方参与的封闭式创新模型、半开放式创新模型与开放式创新模型。通过对四个模型的求解和对比分析得出:企业绩效和企业创新的开放式程度成正比,即开放式创新企业绩效大于半开放式创新企业绩效;半开放式创新企业绩效大于封闭式创新企业绩效。

Research on Performance of Innovation Principle under Different Innovation Mode

Innovation is key to advantage in national competition and continuing development of enterprises. The weakness of independent innova- tion capacity of Chinese enterprises shackles the continuing development of economy. To discuss the influence of innovation mode to enterprises＇ performance, this article compared and analyzed the character and difference of open innovation and close innovation. Furthermore, base on the Game theory, constructed different modes of close innovation, semi-open innovation and open innovation which participated by enterprises, com- petitors and customers. By comparing and analyzing the above innovation modes to educe that the performance of enterprise is in direct ratio with the extent of open innovation. It means that the performance of open innovation enterprises is better than the ones who has semi-open innovation, and the performance of semi-open innovation enterprises is better than the ones who has close innovation.
