| Abstract: | With the long construction period of project,the process involves lots internal and external uncontrollable factors,the owner should carry out the risk control.Based on the identification of project risk,according to the probability of occurrence and the loss caused by the risk,the risk grade of project was divided.The risk control quadrant diagram architecture model was designed,and the project risk response was designed with the risk control quadrant diagram,that is,risk response was given from the two dimensions of probability control and loss reduction,and specific control strategies and measures were described. |
