摘    要:原有空压制站管道供气方式为单元制供气,本文在原有基础上增加母管制供气形式,并保留原单元制供气方式。空压机系统配置四台空压机,由原来空压机站“两用两备”单元制运行,改造为“一用三备”母管制运行、并且保留原单元制运行逻辑,改造后的系统可根据现场情况进行单元制和母管制的相互切换,最终达到节能降耗的效果。

Abstract:The original air compressor station pipeline gas supply mode is unit gas supply,this paper adds the mother control gas supply form on the original basis,and retains the original unit gas supply mode.The air compressor system is equipped with four air compressors,which are transformed from the original air compressor station"two-use two-standby"unit system to the"one-use three-standby"master control operation,and the original unit system operation logic is retained.The transformed system can switch between the unit system and the master control according to the field situation,and finally achieve the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction.
