船闸大体积混凝土温度及裂缝控制研究

摘    要:为了改善船闸项目施工质量,本文从大体积混凝土温度裂缝控制角度出发,采用模拟分析法,确定控制标准.选取混凝土配比、浇筑顺序设计、浇筑温度控制作为研究指标,分别拟定有效控制措施.测试结果表明,本文提出的控制措施能够有效控制浇筑温度范围,各项温度指标数值均在标准范围之内,并且无裂缝现象.

Abstract:In order to improve the construction quality of ship lock project,the control standard is determined by simulation analysis method from the perspective of temperature crack control of mass concrete.The concrete ratio,pouring sequence design and pouring temperature control are selected as the research indexes to formulate effective control measures.The test results show that the control measures proposed in this paper can effectively control the pouring temperature range,the temperature index values are within the standard range,and there is no crack phenomenon.
