| 摘 要： | 供应链是典型的需要协调的系统。供应链系统的协调机制是在供应链系统内成员之间建立战略性合作伙伴的关系,提高信息共享程度、降低成本、实现系统利润最大化。为了实现良好的供应链协调效果,应建立稳定而有效的协调机制,使设计出的协调机制在供应联系统中顺利实现。
