Abstract:Working as one of the most effective way of motivation, stock options play an enormous role in the fast development of enterprises as well as in the sustainable growth of national economy. Through a probing on the main content involved in the design of the foresaid motivation system, the article points out the conditions and advantages of implementing such mechanisms in China's enterprises.
