| 摘 要： | :新开发了一种简单实用的三态指示电路 ,它由非门、双色发光二极管等构成 ,巧妙利用门电路的传输特性和 LED发光二极管的伏安特性 ,实现对三态逻辑状态的鉴别和指示 ,还能完成对电源电压高、低的监测。论述了电路的工作原理和设计要点。

| Abstract: | A circuit for indicating of three-state is developed.It is made up of NOT gate、two-colour light emiting diode and so on.It cleverly uses of the specific property of transfer from gate c ircuits and that of volt and ampere light emiting diode(LED).And it realizes the identifying and instruction for the logical state of three state.It can also a ccomplish the watch and measure for high or low volt power supply.This paper exp ounds the working principle and main points for designing of circuits. |
