加强地质工作 为安徽奋力崛起提供基础保障

安徽省是矿产资源大省,加强地质工作是安徽奋力崛起的基础保障。加强地质工作的关键是要充分发挥政府的主导作用,政府应加强矿产资源战略研究,加强政策落实和扶持力度,加大地质勘查投入力度,为地质工作创造良好环境。建立良性的投入机制,引导地质工作健康发展。加强地质工作的重点是要继续发挥地勘队伍的主力军作用,省地矿局要统筹地勘项目承揽、统筹省内及省外、国外矿产勘查、统筹矿产勘查与环境勘查、统筹项目管理与人、财、物有效配置。统筹矿业权生产与经营,以保障地勘队伍发挥主力军作用。

Strengthening Geological Work and Providing Basic Guarantee for Economic Development of Anhui Province

Anhui province is rich with mineral resources.Strengthening geological work is the basic guarantee of its economic development.The key point of strengthening geological work consist in playing government's leading role fully.The government should pay more attention to the research on the strategy of mineral resources,accelarate implementing policy and support measure,increase investment scale to geological and prospecting work,create favourable environment for geological work.Build up virtuous circle mechanism in the investment field and make geological work develop healthily.The focal point of strengthening geological work is to make geological and prospecting enterprises play main role.Provincial geological and prospecting bureau should balances the undertaking of geological and prospecting projects,balances geological and environmenrtal prospecting,balances geological and prospecting peojects among province,domestic and overseas,balances project management and effective distribution of the personnal,capital and materials,balances obtaining and assigning mining rights and guarantee main leading role of geological and prospecting enterprises.
