| Abstract: | This thesis propose a solution of identity renting.Namely,capitalized the right of using the land into renting of the identity of the famers.This is not only good for maintain the core interests of the farmers but also good for speed up the transfer of agricultural land as well as speed up the process of the development of reconstruction. |
