An Economic Approach upon Environmental improvements and Environmental Liability insurance

The thesis intended to probe into the issue of environmental protection in terms of the principles of economics:internalization of the external costs.After summarizing alternative economic means in the realm of environmental protection,the paper listed comparative advantages of the environmental liability insurance in comparison with those economic means in dealing with environmental protection.Meanwhile,an ideal agenda of environmental liability insurance was proposed and some possible misunderstandings were clarified.
