基于合作博弈原理的学术期刊数字出版产业链利益分配机制设计

科学合理的利益分配是学术期刊数字出版产业健康发展的基础。为优化学术期刊数字出版产业链利益分配机制，以学术期刊与数据库平台为例，基于合作博弈理论对产业链利益分配问题进行研究。建立Shapley值改进模型，设计学术期刊间在发行作品质量、数量及下载量上的利益分配机制；将Shapley值改进模型融入数据库平台与学术期刊间的委托代理模型，设计数据库平台与学术期刊之间的利益分配机制。研究发现，该利益分配机制能够科学、合理地体现各学术期刊的综合贡献，有助于扩大数据库平台规模，增加学术期刊和数据库平台收益，提高产业整体效益。

The Benefit Distribution Mechanism Design of Digital Academic Journal Publishing Industry Chain Based on Cooperative Game Theory

Scientific and reasonable profit distribution is the foundation of the healthy development of academic journal digital publishing industry. In order to optimize the profit distribution mechanism of academic journals digital publishing industry chain, taking academic journals and database platform as an example, the profit distribution of the industry chain is studied based on the cooperative game theory. The improved Shapley value model is established to design the benefit distribution mechanism of the quality, quantity and downloads of published works among academic journals. The improved Shapley value model is integrated into the principal-agent model between the database platform and academic journals to design the benefit distribution mechanism between the database platform and academic journals. It is found that the benefit distribution mechanism can reflect the comprehensive contribution of academic journals scientifically and reasonably, which is helpful to expand the scale of database platform, increase the income of academic journals and database platform, and improve the overall benefit of the industry.
