钢桥面环氧沥青铺装层鼓包病害检测

摘    要:为了探究红外热成像技术快速检测钢桥面环氧铺装层鼓包病害及其尺寸大小的准确性,基于热学原理,采用有限元软件ABAQUS模拟不同位置、尺寸下的鼓包病害,分析鼓包区域与相邻正常区域的路表面域温差表现和分布规律,并进行实体工程验证。结果表明,鼓包位置与鼓包面积对路表温度影响较大,模拟效果与实际鼓包面域温差具有良好的相关性。研究结果为红外热成像仪快速检测钢桥面鼓包病害及其尺寸和最佳检测时间提供理论依据。

Bulges Disease Detection of Epoxy Asphalt Pavement on Steel Bridge Deck
Abstract:In order to explore the accuracy of the infrared thermal imaging technology in the rapid detection of the bulging disease of epoxy pavement layer on steel bridge deck and its size, based on the thermal principle, the finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate the bulging disease under different positions and sizes, analyze the temperature difference and distribution law of the road surface between the bulging area and the adjacent normal area, and conduct the physical engineering verification. The results show that the location of the bulge and the area of the bulge have a great influence on the surface temperature, and the simulation effect has a good correlation with the actual temperature difference of the bulge area. The results provide a theoretical basis for the rapid detection of steel deck bulginess, its size and the best detection time by infrared thermal imager.
