论中国农业新合作化的本质内涵与现实逻辑

改革开放以来 ,在中国农业领域兴起了一场声势浩大的农业新合作化热潮。与传统的合作化运动相比 ,农业新合作化在很多方面都具有特定的本质内涵。作为市场经济的产物 ,中国农业的新合作化对提升中国农业的国际竞争力、建立农业社会化服务体系和推进农业产业化经营、增加农民收入和实现农村全面小康的战略目标以及促进农村的政治民主制度的建立等方面都具有重大的现实意义 ,本文研究正是基于这一初衷。

Discussion on Essences and Logicality of New Agricultural Cooperativization in China

Since 1978,a great new agricultural Cooperativization has been taking place in rural areas of China. Compared with the traditional Movement in 1950s,it has different essences. Meanwhile,as the result of market economy, Chinese new Cooperativization has significant influences on some aspects,such as the strengthening of international competence of Chinese agriculture,the establishing of agricultural socialization services system,the developing of agricultural industrialization operation,the increasing of farmers' income or earnings,the realizing of the strategic target of overall well-to-do society,the promoting of political and democratic institutes process and so on. Based on such a consideration, this paper makes a completely systemic discussion on specific essences and logicality of new course generated in Chinese rural areas.
