新时期高校学生实习期学生工作探究

高等院校承担着为国家和人民培养合格的工作者和建设者的重任。实习是锻炼学生实践能力、检验学校教学效果基本形式。大学生实习时间长短不一，实习地点分散。决定论大学生实习期间的教育和管理有着存在阶段性、特殊性。针对高等院校实习期学生工作存在的问题，就如何构建学生实习期学生工作的有效途径，有效延伸高等院校学生工作的覆盖面，加强对实习学生的管理进行了有益探索。

Research on College Student Work in Internship of New Period

Colleges and Universities are undertaking training of qualified workers and builders of the task for the country and the people.Actual practice is the basic for training student’s ability,and test of school teaching effect.As length of the internship time is varying.Practice locations are scattered.College education and management in internship is stage and particularity.This article was given us a useful exploration about that: problems of students work in internship;how to build an effective way of student work in student internship;how to effectively extending the coverage of college student work;how to strengthen the management of students.
