电力企业文化与品牌建设在加速企业发展过程中的作用研究

摘    要:企业文化与企业品牌相辅相成,是企业最巨大的无形资产。在竞争激励的商海当中,企业从自己的专营领域出发,突出自身优势,建立起自己独有的文化和品牌策略,是推广企业产品、扩大企业市场、获得消费者认可的核心手段。以电力企业的文化品牌建设为立足点,通过对中国长江电力股份有限公司、浙江嘉兴电力局、日本东京电力公司等企业的案例研究发现,成功的企业文化和品牌建设对于拓宽企业的发展方向、增强企业的发展动力,提高企业的发展质量等方面有着不可估量的作用。

Abstract:A company’s culture is an important complement to its brand.They are huge intangible assets for a corporation.In serious competition market,a company starting from its special industry,standing out its advantages,building its special method of culture and brand,it’s a key way to broadcast productions,broaden market and gain consumers.The author base on culture and brand construction of electricity companies,according to case analysis of China Yangtze Power Company,Zhejiang Jiaxing Power Company and Tokyo Electric Power,finding out a successful culture and brand construction is very important for broaden companies’ development direction,strengthen companies’ development power and raise companies’ development quality.
