| 摘 要： | 目前,我国的创业板市场正处于全面规划和逐步推开阶段,创业板对我国资本市场的完善和投资扩展有着积极的深远的影响,上市公司的成长性是创业板市场发展的核心问题。因此,在对创业板上市公司的成长性各方面的数据和指标进行分析的基础上,探索建立起一套适当的评价模型,通过分析来客观地鉴定创业板市场上市公司的成长性状况和发展潜力,并提出一些相关的建议,为促进创业板上市公司的发展和资本市场运行的持续与稳定奠定基础。
