我国商业银行内部控制问题研究

近些年,商业银行为深化内控管理体制改革不断探索,在健全和完善内控体系上做出了很多努力,但当前在其内部控制的实际工作中仍存在着一些问题。为适应商业银行经营转型和建设新型商业银行体系工作的需要,必须针对在这些问题采取相应的有效措施,以构建起有效的内部控制体系。

Study on the internal control of commercial banks in China

In recent years,for deepening the reform of management system of internal control of commercial banks continue to explore and make a lot of efforts on strengthening and perfecting the internal control system,but currently its internal control practice there are still a number of problems.To adapt to the transformation of commercial banks and the construction of new commercial banking system needs work,these issues must take effective measures,in order to set up effective internal control system.
