| 摘 要： | 中国的农业问题一直是影响中国发展的大问题。在金融开放条件下，我国起步不久的农业产业化将面临诸多挑战。认清金融开放条件下中国农业产业形式，发现潜在困难和阻碍，是我国落实“三农”政策、构建和谐社会的关键所在。通过对农业产业特点和金融开放情况的分析，找出“金融开放对一体化经营的冲击”等四方面的问题。
