| 摘 要： | 行政学院建设先要办出特色,然后要提高水平。我们必须在特色上找优势,办出特色是行政学院的立身之本。按照《行政学院工作条例》,抓好教学、科研、咨询＂三位一体＂,是行政学院办出特色的关键所在。为此,要建立＂三位一体＂的专门机构、办学格局和相互促进的学员考核与教师考评机制。

| Abstract: | The administrative institute constructs must make the characteristic first,latter must raise the level.We must seek the superiority in the characteristic,makes the characteristic is the administrative institute＇s foundation of vertical body.According to＂Administrative Institute Work Rule＂,holds the teaching,the scientific research,the consultation＂the Trinity＂,is the administrative institute school characteristic key is.Therefore,must establish＂the Trinity＂the Specialized agency,the school pattern and promotes mutually the student inspects with the teachere xamines and critiques the mechanism. |
