科技进步与水资源可持续发展研究

随着科学技术的发展 ,人们对水资源的认识在不断地发生着变革 ,水资源理论研究从简单转向复杂 ,研究方法由物理模拟转为数值模拟 ,研究手段也由低级转向高级 ,水资源生产实践由资源供给型变为可持续发展型 ,所有这些变化无不与科学技术革命密切相关。本文在简述现代科技革命特征的基础上 ,重点论述了现代科技革命对水资源研究的影响 ,特别是可持续发展理论对水资源研究的影响 ,指出随着现代科技革命的发展 ,水资源研究将向更广阔、更深入、更完善的目标迈进。

Research in Science and Technical Progress and Sustainable Use of Water Resources

Along with the science and technical development, people constantly change their knowledge about water resources. Theoretical research in water resources is going from the simple to the complicated, research methods transfer from physical simulation to digital, research means from low level to high, water resource use is implementing from simple providing to accounting factors of sustainable use. All of these have a direct bearing on the science and technical revolution. On briefly describing the characteristic of the contemporary science and technical revolution, the paper emphatically discusses the influence of the contemporary science and technical revolution on the water resource research, especially influence of the sustainable development theory on the water resource research. The author points out, along with movement forward of the contemporary science and technical revolution, water resource research will go into the broader and deeper and more comprehensive field.
