中国创意产业发展策略研究

摘    要:创意产业是以人的创造性和智慧作为主要生产要素的产业,它把人的创造力和才华提升到至关重要的地位。创意产业因其占用资源少、无环境污染、高附加值等特点已成为当今世界产业格局重组和战略升级的发展方向,各国政府纷纷把发展创意产业视为经济振兴的重要手段,相继制定了产业发展战略和中长期发展计划。本文介绍了创意产业的定义和中国创意产业发展的基本状况,分析了创意产业发展过程中存在的问题和不足,并着重提出中国创意产业发展的基本思路和指导思想。

Abstract:The Creativity Industry is the industry of the main production factor with the person’s creation and intelligences.It promotes the person’s creative power and artistic talents to go to close the important position.The creativity industry takes up the resources because of no pollution to the environment,high additional value etc.The characteristics has become the industry structure and form of the world to reorganize nowadays and strategy upgrade of development direction.All countries’ government sees to develop creativity industry as important means of the economy.They are going to establish the industry development strategy and long-term development plan.This text introduced the definition of the creativity industry and the basic condition of the Chinese creativity industry developments,analyzing the problem and shortages exist in the creativity industry development process.In the end,the article emphasizes the basic way of thinking and the leading thoughts of put forward the Chinese creativity industry developments.
