由“337调查”引发对行业协会作用的思考

ITC的资料显示,近一两年,在被ITC认为构成非法贸易行为的众多案件中,中国内地已经成为亚洲败诉数量最多的地区。这一现象的出现,一方面表明我国出口产品技术含量的提升;另一方面,也和前几年国内企业怠于应诉,助长了美国企业启动“337调查”的气焰有关。随着我国对美出口的技术提升和出口量的增大,美国的贸易保护主义日见抬头。我们只有充分发挥企业行业组织的作用,才能克服目前暂时的被动局面,力争实现一个公平合理的国际商业环境。
