| 摘 要： | 在当代工程项目管理中,沟通与协调是进行各方面管理的纽带,我们通过西气东输二线管道工程的设计管理过程的实践,对工程项目设计管理中沟通、协调的特点及现状进行了深入研究,提出了工程项目管理中设计管理加强沟通与协调的可行性措施。
