| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的核心是以人为本。高职院校坚持以人为本,首先要坚持"以学生为中心",即要以实现学生的全面发展为目标,这是高职院校发展的价值取向。高职教育的职业特性决定了高职教育人才培养必须以增强学生的就业能力为首要任务。转变观念,改进管理,应苦练内功,走内涵发展之路。

| Abstract: | The core of scientific development concept is people-oriention.Adhering to people-oriention,vocational college should first adhere to the student-center to achieve overall development of students,which is the value orientation of the development of higher vocational colleges.The characteristics of vocational education determines that vocational higher education must enhance the employability of students,change ideas to improve management and take the path of connotation development. |
