| 摘 要： | 在对企业国际化影响因素文献回顾的基础上,结合治理结构等理论,提出了董事和高管薪酬对中国企业国际成长影响的相关假设,然后运用电子信息百强上市公司相关数据对假设进行检验后发现,董事薪酬与中国企业国际成长负相关;高管薪酬与中国企业国际成长正相关。
