摘    要:目的:在诊断理论教学中,于传统LBL教学模式基础上引入PBL教学模式,旨在为诊断学理论教学探索出一条PBL与LBL相结合教学模式的道路。方法:选择长沙医学院2007级医学专业本科,分为实验组与对照组。对照组采用传统LBL教学法。实验组实行PBL与LBL相结合教学模式。通过理论考试与问卷调查评估教学效果。结果:该教学方式明显提高学生的学习兴趣,增加学生学习的积极性和主动性,增强学生分析问题的能力。结论:PBL+LBL教学是一种适合医学专业诊断学理论教学的有益的教学新模式。
