| 摘 要： | 选取农业上市公司为研究对象,从实证的角度分析债务融资的总体水平、债务期限结构对公司治理的影响,并结合当前我国证券市场和整体金融市场的实际情况,提出发挥债务融资在公司治理结构中更大作用的政策建议,以求为完善我国上市公司治理结构、促进资本市场良好运行有所启示和帮助。
