| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在乳腺体检中的应用价值。方法:对某院进行健康体检的1192例女性进行乳腺彩超检查,并对结果进行分析总结。结果:本组中超声诊断乳腺增生863例(72.4%);纤维腺瘤54例(4.5%);乳腺癌4例(0.3%)。结论:彩超作为一种廉价无创的影像学检查方法,可准确显示乳腺内部声像及血流动力学特征,且可重复性强,是大批次女性乳腺健康体检的首选检查。

| Abstract: | Objective: study the application of the color doppler ultrasound in the breast physical examination.Methods: take the breast color doppler ultrasound examination for 1192 women,and analyze the result.Results: women with hyperplasia of mammary glands are 863 cases(accounting for 72.4%);women with the ultrasound diagnosis mammary gland hyperplasia in 863 cases(72.4%);women with fibroadenoma are 54 cases(accounting for 4.5%);women with breast cancer are 4 cases(accounting for 0.3%).Conclusion: color doppler ul... |
