| 摘 要： | 对基建项目严格实行公开招投标,是有效降低工程造价,择优选择施工队伍,提高工程质量,确保工程按期完工的重要手段,是全面贯彻落实科学发展观、促进和谐社会建设的重要举措,也是从源头上预防腐败等不正之风现象发生的治本之策,因而意义与作用重大。历年来,我校十分重视基建项目的招投标工作,加强管理,规范操作,在日常工作中积累了大量宝贵的经验和成功做法,现介绍如下,以飨读者。
