摘    要:文章围绕媒介市场中"境外媒介—国内媒介—政府管理机构"三边参与的博弈竞局,运用博弈论的方法,分析当前本土媒介发展的现状和存在的问题;认为本土媒介在同境外媒介的竞争中,必须采取有效措施,进行组织结构创新、品牌产品创新、管理机制创新,从而提升中国传媒集团的核心竞争力。

Abstract:In this paper,around the competition among foreign media,the domestic media and the government agencies,the author use the methods of game theory to analyze the current development status and problems of the local media;facing the fierce competition,the local media must take effective measures to carry out the innovation of organizational structure,brand and management,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of China Media Group.
