| 摘 要： | 查办违纪违法案件是反腐败斗争的重要任务,是纪检监察机关的基本职责。新形式下我们查办案件工作要适应发展社会主义民主政治和依法治国的新形势,坚持严格依纪依法查办案件。本文分析近年的办案实践,结合当前查办基层案件的难点采取对策来提高案件检查的质量和效率。

| Abstract: | Examining case involving in violations of laws and codes is important to the struggle against corruption,and the basic duty of inspecting discipline office.Under new situation,examining case should adapt to the new situation of developing socialist democracy and rule by law;we should examine cases according to law.The article analyzed the examining case,and aiming at the difficulties of examining case,put forward the quality and efficiency of case examination. |
