| 摘 要： | 本文以网上开设十字绣商店项目出发从项目风险识别与分析、项目风险分析的依据、风险的应对规划、风险的监控等各方面简要分析了项目的风险规划过程,说明对于项目的顺利实施来说,一套行之有效的项目风险管理规划往往是事半功倍的。
