| 摘 要： | 现代工业发展使教学评价的价值追求与意义追问成为关注的焦点,多元文化使评价标准的合理性遭到质疑,理念与实践的空白地带使操作面临两难困境。科学的评价体系和教学管理机制需要教学管理者具备开放的思维和支持的态度,重视多元评价主体间的合作,探索科学的方法和技术。
