本文结合新城御景小区住宅楼的施工,给出了混凝土泵送技术、卫生间施工、布线和防护等较好的施工工艺,同时也提出了一些板配筋和剪力墙混凝土浇筑方面存在的不足,促进了先进的施工工艺在建筑业的推广,同时对施工中的不足给予了建议,为建造出合格的住宅楼提供参考。
