| 摘 要： | 动态博弈角度分析水利项目的管理机制是一个全新的概念,我国目前的水利建设项目忽略了不同经济实体的管理机制,从奖罚制度分析,都是事后不久的方法,缺乏主动性,据此,本文从动态博弈的角度进行分析和讨论,试图建立新的激励与约束机制。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of dynamic game,the paper analyzed that water conservancy project management mechanism is a brand new concept.The current construction of water conservancy project ignores the management mechanism of the different economic entity;analysis of system of awards and penalties is passive.The article makes an analysis and discussion from the perspective of dynamic game,and tries to set up new incentive and restraint mechanisms. |
