护理学实践教学作为护理学教学过程中最为重要的一部分,是学生将理论知识在老师的指导下用于临床,提高分析和解决问题的能力,向护士转化的过程,也是培养学生临床思维,职业道德、初步科研能力等关键环节。把握好护理学实践教学质量关,培养高素质的护理人员是每一个护理学教育工作者的使命,本文根据多年实践教学经验,指出当前护理学实践教学普遍存在的问题,并对前期准备进行研究,提出可行建议。
