| 摘 要： | 在我国高校后勤社会改革过程中,后勤队伍的优劣直接影响了后勤的管理水平。建立一支适应市场经济发展要求的后勤队伍,更好地为学校科研、教学、生活服务是高校后勤工作的重点。本文分析了高职院校后勤队伍在高校后勤社会化改革中存在的问题,并提出了队伍建设的建议。

| Abstract: | This article aims to discuss the problems in the rear-service reform in higher vocational colleges and offers some helpful advice. The author believes the quality of the rear-service personnel has a direct influence on its management, and it is crucial to organize a qualified rear-service group to serve the teachers and students better. |
