福州市茉莉花茶产业发展困境与振兴之策

福州市的茉莉花种植历史悠久,福州茉莉花茶曾为福州的经济做出巨大贡献,但是从20世纪90年代开始,福州茉莉花茶产业开始走下坡路。本文从福州市茉莉花茶产业发展现状的角度出发,在分析其衰落的原因以及自身独特优势和发展机遇的基础上,提出重振福州市茉莉花茶产业的几点对策。

Discussion on Development Predicament and Promoted Countermeasure of Jasmine Tea Industry in Fuzhou City

Fuzhou city is the hometown of Chinese jasmine and has a long history of planting jasmine.Fuzhou jasmine tea had contributed a lot to the local economic development,however,after the early 1990s,Jasmine tea industry is on the decline in Fuzhou City.In this paper,we had analysed present industry situation of Fuzhou jasmine tea industry,pointed out the reasons of decline,unique advantages and development opportunity,then we puts forward countermeasures.of developing Fuzhou jasmine tea industry.
