| 摘 要： | 新疆巴州地处欧亚大陆腹部，干旱缺水，水资源紧缺，为加强环境保护、水资源管理，巴州水管处建立了水利信息化系统。在分析巴州水利信息化的需求基础上，介绍了建设的目标和原则，并详细介绍了信息化系统工程的具体内容。根据第一期工程的使用情况，说明了信息化工程能实现水资源的优化调度，推进了现代水利的发展。

| Abstract: | Located at the middle of Eurasia, Bazhou is seriously short of water resources. In order to reinforce environmental protection and water resources management, Bazhou established a water management informationatization system. The author introduced the demands, purposes, principles, and detailed contents of this system. Based on actual application after first phase, the informationatizaiton project is proved to have realized optimal water resources dispatch ,promoted development of modem water management. |
