全国城镇土地等别调整更新研究

研究目的：选择城镇土地等别调整评价指标体系，以中国行政区划确定的县级行政单元作为基本单元，对其城镇土地等别进行调整更新。研究方法：多因素综合评价法，特尔菲法和GIS分析方法。研究结果：全国2863个单元调整后的城镇土地等别位于1 — 15等，与原等别相比，调整后等别发生变化的单元数目为302个。研究结论：以全国287个地级以上城市主城区为基准点，分层次开展全国城镇土地等别调整的方法科学可行。

Study on Adjustment and Renewal of Grading Urban Land in China

 The purpose of this paper is to adjust and renew the grade assessment of urban land by establishing a indicators system, in which the county-level administrative units currently in China are the basic units. Methods of multi-factor comprehensive evaluation, Delphi and GIS analysis were employed. The results indicate that the grades of urban land of the total 2863 units throughout the country are within the scope of 1-15 after adjustment, in which the grades of 302 units are changed comparing the original. It is concluded that it is scientific and feasible way to adjust the current grade results of urban land all over the country through the different levels, in which the main urban areas of 287 prefecture-level cities throughout the country are set as the benchmark points.
