| 摘 要： | 中国引进来的两种引资战略形成了企业融入全球创新体系的两条路径。新一轮对外开放进程中,以吉利并购沃尔沃并在中国建厂为范例的中国企业走出去的探索与实践,开拓了中国企业融入全球创新体系又一条新的路径。国际生产要素组合新模式可能代表新一轮对外开放进程中中国企业走出去战略运作的主要方向。
