清代归化城土默特两翼旗权削弱问题研究

自清代始,蒙古族主导土默川的时代戛然而止,且由于历史与民族记忆、四方交绥的临界性格、宜农宜牧的自然秉赋,被建制为与蒙古地方其他蒙古盟旗迥异的内属旗,贯彻清廷直接管辖与对蒙古官员从上而下削权并行政策,彻底瓦解当地蒙民传统政治权势,最终把土默特两翼变为清廷直辖的特别地方政区。

A Study of Tumd Two Banners' Power Weakening of Guihua City In Qing Dynasty

Since Qing Dynasty,the time of Mongolian＇s ruling in Tumd had been ended.Due to the reasons including：history and national memory,bordering with four other places,the nature of farming and herding,being entitled as an internal banner same as other Mongolian banners and being controlled directly by Qing Dynasty,the local traditional Mongolian ruling power had been collapsed and the two banners of Tumd were changed into two special political controlled directly by Qing Dynasty finally.
