Abstract:Superiority and problem on multi-brand strategy in garment enterprises is analyzed ac- cording to lots of typical cases. Development strategies, such as grasping segment market accurately, building bright brand character, paying attention to talent team construction and so on, are put forward to promote multi-brand management in garment enterprises.
