| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了高校图书馆实行方便、快捷、高效的一站式服务的优点,分析了图书馆一站式服务出现的一些问题,提出了针对这些问题应采取的措施:建立完善的科学考核和激励机制;开展科研活动,提高馆员的学术研究水平;加快学科馆员的教育与培养。
